Searches take from 2 to 5 months, so we will work together early on to define role expectations and calibrate through reviewing a few initial profiles. I will screen and present candidates to you and assist in scheduling, negotiating, etc. to bring us to the finish line.
We will have weekly check-ins and stay close throughout the process with my hands-on approach.
